Most cities, towns, and parks in the Seattle-Tacoma Metro area forbid the possession or use of personal fireworks. The Suarez and Lopez families line up as the grand finale lights the sky for the annual fireworks display at Casino del Sol and AVA Amphitheater in 2019. Public viewing will be available from any area with an unobstructed view of the sky above the lower East River, with the show launched from the Brooklyn Bridge and four surrounding barges. Macy’s hasn’t yet provided a list of best viewing spots, but you can expect miles of prime public viewing.

Head just outside Grand Rapids for a fun day during Money in the Bank qualifying races. The day also includes a fireworks show that’s really something to see over the raceway. Few places in Michigan offer a fireworks viewing experience quite like Mackinaw City, where you can watch the show with the Mackinac Bridge as a backdrop. Located in the Manistee National Forest over Labor Day weekend, there’s a lot of fun to be had here. After participating in the Bridge Hustle 5K run/walk and playing horseshoes and cornhole, watch the fireworks, which are an amazing sight in Dickinson Township Park. Caseville, Michigan, is well known for its Cheeseburger in Caseville festival each August, but before that, the city is the perfect spot to watch fireworks for the Fourth of July.

Entertainment for all ages abounds throughout North Kansas City, starting with a parade and ending in a carnival. Vicksburg has one of the longest fireworks shows in the state. This year, they’re expanding as part of a yearlong celebration of city’s 200th year of incorporation. Navy Pier, known for its summer fireworks, will have a firework show on July 5, according to its Website.

How Can Spectators Watch From Home?

The five-day-long festival will include games, food, drinks and music. There also will be a carnival on July 4 starting at 1 p.m. At Lakefront Park on July 3, with a party in the park starting at 5 p.m. The next day at Glencoe Train Station, along with other events, ending with a parade at 1 p.m.
